The main EBRD Assessment Report is supplemented by 20 annexes that provide a detailed description and explanation of the EBRD's methodological approach to the Business Reorganisation Assessment and the scoring and validation of the assessment results. The annexes also provide a rich source of comparative insolvency information, with detailed analysis in a table format of the reorganisation procedures available in each jurisdiction.
