The Business Reorganisation Assessment was led by Catherine Bridge Zoller, Senior Counsel in the EBRD Legal Transition Team and Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal, Queen Mary University of London, with support from Professor John Taylor, Queen Mary University of London and former EBRD General Counsel.
