During the Covid-19 pandemic EBRD’s Legal Transition Programme, in cooperation with the EBRD’s Office of the Chief Economist, carried out a survey to map the debt restructuring, insolvency, banking and tax emergency measures across the EBRD Economies. The survey report focuses on the Covid-19-related emergency measures introduced by authorities aiming to relief businesses during the crisis. The survey report and the complementary tables  provide a wide overview of governments’ legal, regulatory and fiscal initiatives during the pandemic
